Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper location for indoor and outdoor units.

  1. Install indoor unit: Mount on wall at least 2.2m from floor, ensure level installation.
  2. Install outdoor unit: Place on stable, vibration-absorbing surface with adequate ventilation.
  3. Connect refrigerant pipes: Use flare connections between indoor and outdoor units.
  4. Connect drain hose: Route to proper drainage location with downward slope.
  5. Connect electrical wiring: Follow local electrical codes and wiring diagram.
  6. Vacuum and charge system: Evacuate air and moisture, charge with R-32 refrigerant.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by qualified technician only. Incorrect installation can cause injury or damage.

First-Time Setup

After installation, perform initial setup before operation.

  1. Power on system: Turn on circuit breaker and press POWER button on remote.
  2. Set clock: Press CLOCK button on remote, adjust time using arrow buttons.
  3. Select operation mode: Press MODE button to choose Cool, Heat, Dry, or Fan.
  4. Set temperature: Use TEMP ▲▼ buttons to desired comfort level.
  5. Adjust fan speed: Press FAN button to select Auto, Low, Medium, High, or Turbo.
  6. Test all functions: Verify cooling/heating, air swing, timer functions work properly.

CAUTION! Allow 3 minutes between turning off and restarting to protect compressor.

Specifications

Remote: POWER, MODE, TEMP ▲▼, FAN, AIR SWING, CLOCK, TIMER ON/OFF, SLEEP, RESET, FILTER, LED.

Mode Selection: COOL (blue snowflake), HEAT (red sun), DRY (water drop), FAN (fan icon). Fan Speed: AUTO, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, TURBO. Timer: Program ON/OFF times in 24-hour format. Air Swing: Adjust vertical/horizontal louvers for optimal air distribution. Settings: Temperature display (°C/°F), beep sound on/off, filter reset, self-cleaning function.

Connecting to Power

Electrical connection requirements for safe operation.

  1. Ensure power supply matches unit specifications (208-230V, 60Hz).
  2. Install dedicated circuit breaker of appropriate amperage (15-20A).
  3. Connect wires to terminal block following wiring diagram (L1, L2, N, Ground).
  4. Secure all connections and ensure proper grounding.
  5. Install surge protector for protection against voltage spikes.

Tip: Always turn off circuit breaker before performing any electrical work.

Operation Modes

Detailed operation of each mode for optimal comfort.

  1. Cool Mode: For temperature reduction. Set desired temperature (recommended 24-26°C).
  2. Heat Mode: For heating (heat pump models). Set temperature (recommended 20-22°C).
  3. Dry Mode: For dehumidification without significant cooling. Maintains comfort while removing moisture.
  4. Fan Mode: Circulates air without cooling/heating. Select fan speed as needed.
  5. Auto Mode: Unit automatically selects Cool, Heat, or Fan based on room temperature.
  6. Sleep Mode: Gradually adjusts temperature over 7 hours for energy savings and comfort.
  7. Turbo Mode: Maximum cooling/heating capacity for rapid temperature change.
  8. Quiet Mode: Reduces fan speed for ultra-quiet operation during night.

WARNING! Do not operate heating mode below specified outdoor temperature to prevent damage.

Maintenance Features

Self-cleaning function: Automatically dries indoor unit to prevent mold. Filter indicator: LED alerts when air filter needs cleaning. Auto restart: Resumes previous settings after power failure. Fault diagnosis: Displays error codes for easy troubleshooting.

Care & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Clean air filter every 2 weeks: Remove, wash with mild detergent, dry completely.
  2. Clean indoor unit surface: Use soft dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use damp cloth with mild detergent.
  3. Clean outdoor unit: Remove debris from fins and fan. Ensure adequate clearance (min. 30cm all sides).
  4. Check drain hose: Ensure proper drainage without blockage.
  5. Professional maintenance: Schedule annual service by qualified technician.

CAUTION! Do not use water above 40°C, abrasive cleaners, or solvents. Always disconnect power before cleaning.
